The Oberoi Business Hub has excellent frontage onto Pride Parkway; one of the main access routes through Pride Park.
We are located within easy walking distance of the city centre and Derby train station, with excellent road links making for easy access to both the A52 and M1.

Unlike many hot desking spaces and even busy coffee shops, you will only share your working area with up to three other people – giving you the environment conducive to full productivity during your time here.
You can also ‘spread out’ and hold informal meetings in the additional communal workspace.
Many of our hot desking clients also welcome the opportunity the network with other small businesses based at the Business Hub to bounce off ideas and interact with like-minded business people.

How it Works
Once you have decided to unleash your productivity in a space where you can concentrate, all you need to do is complete our online booking form.
Here you can choose the date and time you would like to book plus any extras you would like to add to upgrade your experience and boost your creativity.
Once we are in receipt of your enquiry form, we shall issue a confirmation. Only once your booking is confirmed shall we send you an invoice.
Full payment prior to your boking will secure your space.

Titan Private Investigation Limited have utilised Oberoi Consulting’s virtual office service since we were incorporated in 2014. This provided Titan with a footprint in the Derby area and where we could meet clients and have mail sent. Due to our company's growth operationally and also the delivery of our training courses, in September 2022 we decided to move into a fully serviced office with access to a modern kitchen and conference room where we can deliver our training from. The location is excellent for transport links and close to Derby City Centre.
Great place to use if you want some space near to the Derby city centre. Friendly staff. Would have been good if open from 08:00am and if tea & coffee were included, but overall a great experience.
Location is excellent. Plenty of free parking which is very rare. Meeting room was well laid out to requirements and very clean. Facilities manager Clair was extremely help at all times including when booking. Will definitely use again
I attended a training course here a couple of weeks ago and can highly recommend it. It has air conditioning which was very much needed as it was the hottest day ever, it has amenities you need including a fancy coffee machine which I couldn't work, I would have been more than happy with a kettle and some instant stuff. Would definitely recommend.
We used the conferencing facilities at Oberoi Business Hub and were extremely pleased with the service we received, the conference room was modern and professional and was set up exactly as we required. We were particularly impressed with the kitchen and dining area which was decorated to an extremely high standard. We found staff members were friendly and very helpful and the experience of hosting our conference was made very easy for us. If we require a conference room we will be using Oberoi Business Hub again.

I've been using the call answering service for around 5 years now and it gives me peace of mind that my calls are being taken professionally, when I'm otherwise engaged or on holiday.
