A dedicated and experienced account manager manages your mail and parcels. You will receive updates when mail and parcels arrive which are managed in accordance to the agreed protocol at the start of the service

– Collection options from the secure storage facility at the hub during our opening hours
– Scanning of letters you have received to your email address

Next Steps
To proceed, we require 1 form of identification and 2 forms of certified proof of address.
These can be brought in to our office by yourself. The proof of address needs to be dated within the last 3 months.
We will also require your form of identification to be certified, if you can not visit our office. Click to view which professionals can certify documents.
Corporate Bodies will also need to provide confirmation of Legal Entity and Certificate of Incorporation, as well as a full description of the nature of the business.
Once your application has been accepted, a contract along with a direct debit form will be issued for signature/completion.

Great place to use if you want some space near to the Derby city centre. Friendly staff. Would have been good if open from 08:00am and if tea & coffee were included, but overall a great experience.
Location is excellent. Plenty of free parking which is very rare. Meeting room was well laid out to requirements and very clean. Facilities manager Clair was extremely help at all times including when booking. Will definitely use again
I attended a training course here a couple of weeks ago and can highly recommend it. It has air conditioning which was very much needed as it was the hottest day ever, it has amenities you need including a fancy coffee machine which I couldn't work, I would have been more than happy with a kettle and some instant stuff. Would definitely recommend.
We used the conferencing facilities at Oberoi Business Hub and were extremely pleased with the service we received, the conference room was modern and professional and was set up exactly as we required. We were particularly impressed with the kitchen and dining area which was decorated to an extremely high standard. We found staff members were friendly and very helpful and the experience of hosting our conference was made very easy for us. If we require a conference room we will be using Oberoi Business Hub again.

I've been using the call answering service for around 5 years now and it gives me peace of mind that my calls are being taken professionally, when I'm otherwise engaged or on holiday.
