Call Support Assistant – Full-Time & Part-Time Roles

Location: Pride Park, Derby

At Oberoi Business Hub, we support a wide range of businesses by providing call handling, serviced and virtual offices, and conference room services. Based in Pride Park, Derby, we’re a close-knit team committed to making our clients’ lives easier and their businesses more efficient.

The Role: As a Call Support Assistant, you’ll be a key part of our team, helping us deliver exceptional service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering calls promptly, politely, and professionally.
  • Using our call-handling software to manage and direct calls, as well as send accurate messages to clients.
  • Taking detailed and precise messages, ensuring all information is recorded accurately.
  • Managing and updating client appointment diaries.
  • Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.

What We’re Looking For: We value attitude, reliability, and a focus on great service. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to:

  • Be confident using the telephone in a work setting.
  • Have basic IT skills, such as familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Be professional, reliable, and a strong team player.
  • Have a customer-focused mindset and a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Ideally, hold 5 GCSEs at grade C or above (or equivalent).

You’ll also need to reliably commute to our office in Pride Park, Derby, or plan to relocate before starting.

Working Hours

We’re hiring for both full-time and part-time roles:

  • Full-Time: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • Part-Time: 12:00 PM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with potential for additional hours.

The Hiring Process

  • A pre-interview form
  • A Screening interview via Microsoft Teams.
  • A final interview and assessment at our office in Pride Park, Derby.

Telesales Executive

Location: Pride Park, Derby

Salary: Competitive+ commission

About Us At Oberoi Business Hub, we provide a range of professional services including call answering, virtual offices, and conference room facilities. We’re looking for a motivated and proactive Telesales Executive to join our team and help us connect with potential clients. If you thrive in a target-driven environment and enjoy building meaningful business relationships, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell products/services
  • Identify, qualify, and follow up on sales opportunities through active listening and asking relevant questions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company, earning commission for achieved results.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the company CRM system
  • Attend networking events to represent Oberoi Business Hub and generate new business opportunities.
  • Actively engage on LinkedIn to build connections and promote services.
  • Collaborate with the Centre Manager and Managing Director to refine sales strategies and lead generation processes.
  • Provide valuable market insights and feedback to help improve our services.

Key Skills & Attributes

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proven experience in sales, telesales, or a similar role is desirable but not essential; we’re happy to train the right candidate.
  • Confident in using IT systems, including MS Office and CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Highly organised, with excellent time management and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A target-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Positive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Must be able to reliably commute to our office in Pride Park, Derby, or relocate prior to starting.
  • Able to travel as needed for networking events.
